Webmail Access & Email Setup

Setup Information

Please select the application / device from the list below and follow the instructions on how to set it up on your device.

If your application / device is not listed, please contact us.

If you have any issues setting up the emails, please call us on 02476 997321 and if required we can remote into your computer and set it all up for you for a nominal charge.

Settings for Outlook 2010

Go to Tools -> Accounts
If asked select to setup account manually
Now type in your name and email address
In account type select IMAP or POP3
Set Incoming mail server as your domain name
Set Outgoing mail server as your domain name
For Username and password, please contact us and we will advise you the right one for your account.

To setup on an Apple iPhone or iPad (iOS6)

To setup email on your Apple iPhone / iPad (IO6) device please go to the Home Screen.

Now find Settings then Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then click on  Add Account
Now select Other as the account type
Now select Add Mail Account
Now it will ask for the following information:
Name – Your Name on how you would like people to see it
Email – Your Email Address
Password – Your Password
Description – How you want to identify the specific email account, for example “work”, or “home email”

Now select Next
Now select IMAP and then add the following information:

Incoming Mail Server

Host Name – Please enter your Incoming Mail Server which is your domain name without the www
For Username and password, please contact us and we will advise you the right one for your account.

Outgoing Mail Server Host Name

Host Name – Please enter your Outgoing Mail Server which is your domain name without the www
The username and password are the same as the information given to you as above

Now click on Next

Please note: The iPhone should detect the Port Settings.
Outgoing Settings Use SSL: off Authentication: Password Server Port: Leave as default setting

To complete the setup process – click SAVE and wait for the iPhone to test your incoming and outgoing mail settings and connect to your mailbox.
